Refund Policy & Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking within 48 hours of booking, provided the service has not already commenced.

If the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame and before service commencement, the customer will be eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of cleaning, maintenance, and repair services, no refunds will be applicable once the service has started or has been partially completed.

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or card issuer.
